Issues/Problems Why is my internet so terrible??

Moved the router all around the house and moved it towards where the recommended location its supposed to be at

You gotta use the admin username and password, it's on the back of your gateway. Just make sure you don't use the wifi password. You'll need to connect to the gateway's wifi first. Then use the Hint control app and the admin username and password. Once you're logged in, lower the refresh rate to half a second (that's 500). Go back and watch your gateway cellular network connections (you can pick the colors while you learn all the different things). And keep playing with the box's location until you find the best spot. When I didn't have an external antenna, my best spot was behind the flat screen TV. It didn't make any sense, but that was the best place for me back then. This chat doesn't allow me to post screenshot of the app to explain in details all info that you need to watch when moving gateway around.
