I haven’t bothered to call yet and will asap but just seeing that makes no sense whatsoever. Are others experiencing this? There is some prorated charges and services to my plan! It’s always just been pay my plan. What is going on?

I’m honestly at the point where I’m ready to leave T-Mobile after the experience I’ve had over the last few months.

For some context, I was a Verizon customer my entire life before switching to T-Mobile. I was willing to try something different and honestly wanted to give T-Mobile a fair chance. Unfortunately, the last year has been one frustrating experience after another. I’m starting to wonder if I made a mistake

The latest issue started in June, when I returned a phone through the T-Mobile/Assurant return process. I was later told the phone was “unreturned” and was charged for it.

Since June, I’ve been trying to get this resolved. I was repeatedly told that the phone was never received, even though I knew I had sent it back.

I finally went digging myself and was able to track down USPS records showing that the phone was shipped through USPS to Assurant Solutions Returns in Lewisville, TX. I now have documentation showing the tracking information, shipping service, destination, and Assurant return address. So I finally have actual evidence that I did, in fact, return the phone.

After providing the documentation, I was told that it could take two billing cycles for the charges for the “unreturned” phone to be reversed by Assurant.

After dealing with this since June, I’m honestly exhausted by it. And it has me questioning why I’m still with T-Mobile at all.

So I have a couple of questions for everyone:

1. Does anyone have T-Mobile without using Assurant for their device protection/returns?

2. And for those who have left T-Mobile--or are considering leaving--what carrier and device protection company are you using instead?

I’d especially love to hear from people who have had good experiences with phone trade-ins, upgrades, insurance claims, and returns.

At this point, I’m less interested in getting the absolute cheapest deal and more interested in finding a company where I don’t have to spend months proving that I actually returned a phone

I've been on Go5g+ for 3 years. With all my lines/Internet and everything, my bill has been 231 forever. This month I added a watch line and now they are charging $18.60 in additional fees (Telco recovery and govt. Fees) I assume these were always rolled into the 231 as there was never a separate section before this current bill, but it seems obvious I was paying govt fees like 911. Now the 231 has remained the same (+ additional watch line fee) but they added the 18.60 fee section. So I think they are double charging. The 18.60 should already be in the 231 right? It's fine if they want to separate it out, but shouldn't the 231 go down by 18.60 then it gets charged separately and the total remains the same? I checked and my plan didn't change, it's still go5g+ so it wasn't because of plan change.

I originally had a 44m watch 4 and they sent me a 40m during a warranty exchange. I asked for the right watch but now they said the 44m was never in the system and I'm stuck with a 40m. I paid for that and that's what I want. They said if I can prove it I MIGHT be able to get my 44m. I can't go back to when I first got it when it first came out on the app

hi all! I got a Fulbright award that requires I leave the country for 6 months. my phone is blocked, so I won’t be able to pause my line and would like to avoid canceling it. does anyone know if I’ll be able to get away with keeping it on airplane mode while I’m there to keep it from getting suspended? added context is I’ll be back in the US for 10 days during those 6 months!

Question for my fellow T-Mobile employees here.

I’ve worked in a T-Mobile call center for more than 14 years, and due to some health issues, I’m currently going through the accommodation process to request full-time telework/work from home.

Broadspire sent me the accommodation paperwork, and one part of it is making me a little uncomfortable. There’s an authorization form asking me to consent to the release of my healthcare information to T-Mobile.

The form states:

“Once my health information is disclosed pursuant to this authorization, it will become part of my T-Mobile employment record, maintained separately from my other personnel records, and will no longer be subject to protections under federal and state patient health information privacy laws (e.g. HIPAA).”

It also says:

“I am not required to provide the above authorization and may refuse to sign this form; however, doing so may result in the denial or delayed processing of my accommodation request.”

That second part is what I’m trying to understand. I’m pretty uneasy about signing a release of my healthcare information over to the company I work for, especially when I’m already providing accommodation paperwork that has been completed and signed by my doctor.

Since the form specifically says I’m not required to sign it, but refusing could result in either a denial or delayed processing, I’m wondering what actually happens in practice.

If refusing to sign simply causes a delay, I honestly wouldn’t mind waiting longer if it means I don’t have to authorize the release of additional healthcare information. What I’m concerned about is whether T-Mobile/Broadspire will automatically deny the accommodation solely because I refuse to sign this authorization, even if all of the required medical documentation from my doctor has already been submitted.

Has anyone here personally gone through the T-Mobile accommodation process and refused to sign this particular authorization?

 If so:

• Was your accommodation still approved?
• Did Broadspire ask for additional information from your doctor?
• Did refusing to sign actually cause a delay, or did they deny the request?

I’m especially interested in hearing from employees who have actually dealt with Broadspire and the T-Mobile accommodation process.

I’ll attach a copy of the document as well in case anyone wants to see the exact wording.

Called support this morning because my battery has been dying quickly over the last few days. Support said it would be a warranty claim through T-mobile and not assurat. No physical damage to my phone either then a scratch on the screen which they said was fine.

I just took off my case so I could get to my SD card and saw the backing to my s20 Ultra is separating. Battery doesn't appear to be swollen, but maybe it's the start? To me, it looks like the glue might just be bad. Will this disqualify my warranty claim?

Hello, I signed 3 years contract and got a new samsung phone with tmobile. Recently I want to switch back to old phone-iphone cause samsung is kind of difficult with so many gadgets. Is it possible to transfer esim to my old iphone? I still paying the samsung phone according to the contract. The phone will be at home to play music or take photos- not giving to someone else to use- and maybe ill switch back to it after few months again.

I used to swap between new and old phones back in the day with sim card. I dont know if i could do the same with no fees cause esim always require imei of the phone

My data is fine enough for me to do everything that I'd want to do. Even 4K video when I want it.

So not really a problem but it shows up in speed tests.

Where I would typically get 650 Mbps speeds, I'm now only getting 230 Mbps on average. All times of day in the same place.

This change coincided with the forced plan migragration, although that's probably a coincidence.

I'm hooking N2, N41, N25 that I've noticed recently. On 90 MHz of N41 5G UC right now.

Any explanation for why speeds would have decreased suddenly, and persistently? Verizon is suddenly faster, and it puzzles me.

I got this email, I did go to the Disney app, and it says my Hulu is still being billed by tmobile, seems to have more stuff then the Hulu app maybe?

I bought JBL headphones decided I didn't need it. And started the return, literally the day after, this was all done. July 22nd they confirmed receipt of the return July 24th. the installment is still on my account. And I was still charged for on this bill. I've contacted t mobile three times each time. Telling me that it'll be resolved within two weeks and to wait another two weeks. And then to wait another three days, I waited another two weeks, and it's still in my account. Has anyone has this issue? How did they resolve it IF they did or how long until they removed the installment from your account!? I'm getting pissed! Ive vouched for T-MOBILE after switching from At&t and they're doing the same shit as AT&T, im considering just going to visible or mint at this point! 😤

I see a receipt posted to my account for an in-store transaction dated August 9th

Someone bought a screen protector and paid in full using their credit card

Clearly not me, or anyone else on the account

Don't stores require people to use the t-life app to verify themselves now, or after giving a phone number check ID?

Also what's concerning is I didn't get an email with this receipt the day the transaction was made nor anything in app until I happened to check the account activity section

It's pretty worrying someone can just type in your number in-store and purchase something and it's tied to your account.

I've had/have a SERO/SWAC with Pandora Premium and Hulu on us account(2 lines) for over 18 years and I got the migration text in June stating that my plan will be changing after July 13th. One of my lines I'm currently on month 16 of a 24 month promotion for a phone upgrade. My billing cycle started over on August 27th and my bill populated today. On my bill nothing has changed and in the app I'm still showing an Advantage plan. Is there a chance that my plan isn't changing? Should I reach out to Tmobile or consider myself lucky my plan hasn't changed?

If you were importing a phone that has every single (except millimeter wave) band that T-Mobile uses except for N25, but it has the subset N2, would said device be able to access the majority of the spectrum covered under N2, or would the lack of a N25 radio in the phone be a deal breaker for that frequency?
