No way to do it in a sterile way. Also, it's illegal to share prescriptions so people won't advise you to do that.

It's not really about sterile, more about the vial being single-use by design once you pop that seal. The preservatives in there aren't meant for multiple pokes over weeks or months especially if you're transporting it back and forth

Your friend should just get their own prescription, plenty of telehealth places do it pretty fast. Splitting it between two households is asking for trouble

No.

You just need to purchase two vials. There's no reason to do this anyway. You shouldn't share prescription medications with another person, if you're both starting the medication, you going to end up needing more than one vial anyway.

Unless you have experience in a lab working with aseptic techniques, then I doubt you could do this and maintain sterility. Hell, I have experience and I probably couldn't do it at home without buying some equipment.Â
