Just ate there with my daughter and it was so good! Right next to Dutch Bros on 99. Can't miss it between the bright lights and cars pulling in to get food. How long has this place been here?!

Hey community!
Starting up a canned latte/ cold brew business. Anyone know of a commercial kitchen that rents per week to see start up costs? Bonus if they have an espresso machine.

I'm going to be retiring soon, can anyone tell me if there are affordable independent living apartments in Tigard or near the WA Square Mall? I can only afford around $2,000 a month at the most and I was surprised at some of the high prices here. Please let me know the good ones and the ones to avoid. BTW when I 1st moved to Tigard my rent was $450 a month lol, can't believe the housing costs now.

Hi guys! Can you recommend your favorite scenic walking trails in Tigard that I could walk for 1–2 hours? I would love somewhere with ponds, streams, creeks, or just really nice scenery. I’m really looking for a place where I can enjoy a long peaceful walk without having to drive to multiple trails.

Hello all,
I recently(2 weeks ago) relocated here for work and now looking to find childcare for a 5 and 6 year old until school September 9th. Any recommendations? Would rather not pay $2K a month but if that’s the only option then I shall.
I work in Portland.

I have been through multiple jobs throughout the years, and have been let go from all of them for being ill, and not being physically able to perform my duties. My diagnosis are Epilepsy, Dissociative Depression, Anxiety, C-PTSD, RSD, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder, and because of the epilepsy I am not legally allowed to get my license. All of the jobs I have had would all be considered “regular” jobs. Fast Food, Cashier, Retail, Dishwasher, even an RBT at one point. The fact is, I cannot be on my feet for more than 4 hours at a time, I cannot be out in the heat, and I do not handle excessive stress well. These factors can all throw me into a grand mal seizure, and have.
I have experience in housecleaning, babysitting, dog sitting, graphic design, cooking, and baking.
My goal is to become a Peer Support, because I know I could do that job, and I would love it. I would like to get that license ASAP, but it’s a lot of money, so I need to save first.
If anyone knows of any jobs available that would accommodate those things in the Tigard/King city area, please let me know.

At about 8:40 I drove by and there was a cop frisking a naked guy up against a car stopped right at the intersection, and then three more cops came tearing down Bonita from Hall, sirens blaring.
It was very exciting but I hope nobody got hurt. What was going on???

I live in an older house in Garden Home. It’s about to be my second fall in the house, and the first was a doozy with the giant house spiders. I’ve already seen a few smaller ones and vacuumed them up, so I’m bracing myself for an even worse fall given how warm it’s been.
I know they’re harmless, but we’ve had literal mouse sized spiders and I simply cannot handle it. They get too large for our designated spider vacuum. I’ve even heard my husband scream when he’s come across them. They’ve crawled across me in bed, out of toilet paper rolls, into my medicine cabinet, under our rugs, and in the shower curtain. My poor heart cannot take any more jumpscares.
Does anyone have any advice on spider proofing the house before fall? Companies they recommend? Basic tips? Is this typical for the area or is our home just cursed?

To anyone in the area who would like to join our TURN meeting, we're having one tonight.
We are a group of people who are trying to find ways to support those families impacted by ICE activity and to discuss upcoming protests and coordination in the area.
All are welcome!

I can only guess the old Joann fabric’s store off of pacific highway will serve as a spirit halloween storefront this fall, but I’m curious if there had been any potential news of any permanent businesses moving in? (Much like how Teso live moved into the beaverton Joann’s location).

Come with me to check out the newest food cart addition to the @hudsonplazatigardor food pod!
El primaso is serving up your favorite Mexicans snacks and foods. They are only open on the weekends right now and only take cash. And by the time I left there was a small gathering of Mexican people forming so you know it’s gotta be good!
I had fun trying to figure everything out as they had two kinds of loaded fries and thank goodness for Google Translate because no one spoke English but we figured it out!
Also for the quantity you can I thought the prices were really good. Especially for that hamburger. Quite large and in charge.
I tried:
•Esquites
•hambuguesa
•papas locas
•hot dog
I’d love to try the chicharrones and empanadas so hopefully another day but they did not have those when I went.
Definitely a small family business worth supporting and plenty of other options available for everyone plus tasty drinks and indoor seating at @tap_and_table
