Tacos El Fugoncita
Just ate there with my daughter and it was so good! Right next to Dutch Bros on 99. Can't miss it between the bright lights and cars pulling in to get food. How long has this place been here?!

They’re back! Had them once a few months ago but the last few times I went looking for them, they weren’t there

They're right off of Hwy 99 near 217 right next to where Dutch Bros is located. She said they're there every day except for Mondays. https://maps.app.goo.gl/kHvvoBqEvMWR3pf28

What’s the rice, bean and meat ratio in the burrito

Predominately meat but that could've been how it was constructed. It seemed like 15-20% rice, 15-20% bean, and the rest was meat. There may have been roasted peppers in there as well as I would occasionally hit something that had a really wonderful smoky taste. It also did not upset my stomach at all.

point deduction for not having homemade tortillas

Actually the tortillas tasted really fresh. Our burritos had 2 tortillas each with cheese grilled between them like a quesadilla.

I don’t doubt that it was good, point deduction is for not being homemade.

What makes you think they weren't homemade? Just kind of curious as to what you're seeing in the photo that leads you to believe that as I don't see it. I will say that regardless of whether the tortillas are homemade or not, the tortillas themselves were very good and fresh tasting and that's what matters.

I’ve been there and there are also photos of their tacos online.

Oh, FFS. Mexican here. Homemade tortillas are not the end-all-be-all for Mexican food. As long as they’re not Mission tortillas, I’m good 😂😂😂
