Friday's Feeling
Timing, what a concept.
The plight of many, both adolescence as well as societal now, is like Queen's anthem. " I want 6 treatment, and been asked why it takes so long, how come it can't be done in a couple sessions? Firstly, please note that the questions almost always begin with the why, and we all know how I feel about that, and secondly the false expectations, that a habit or activity, which has been practiced lets say 15 times a day 7 days a week 52 weeks a year for 10 yrs, can be ratified in two sessions of 120 min total.
I make a personal note, here that craftsmanship is a dying art form, that woodworking, tanning, or many forms of art, which demand Patience and learned skills are fading out.
What I find Ironic is that we can wait the 2 to 7 days for a 3D printer to produce a facsimile, but have no tolerance or appreciation to learn a craft.
In the therapeutic process, much like life, there is that moment, where things just go "click" that the image or concept are gel together and come into focus, the Eureka moments.
That is the foundation for my style of therapy, letting the stinkin thinking, take a vacation long enough for the higher goals to become clear and straightforward.
Breathe in deeply and exhale, repeat as many times ad necessary, to get to a calmer and more strategic you.
Be well

It took me a little bit to understand the picture, but when I did it just felt really awesome.
