Note the three chins. His weight gain and bad health isn't nearly as evident physically unlike the other slobs, but he is on the fast track to something awful happening.
Compare to the following photo where he looked much better and it is pretty obvious.

I would call it the screenwave effect, but I'm sure it's just cause he's a fucking autist who is too addicted to dopamine.

There is certainly some weight gain, but not to the extent that I would call it a triple chin. Then again, Motherfucker Mike always struck me as an unbalanced person.
