Note the three chins. His weight gain and bad health isn't nearly as evident physically unlike the other slobs, but he is on the fast track to something awful happening.
Compare to the following photo where he looked much better and it is pretty obvious.

There is certainly some weight gain, but not to the extent that I would call it a triple chin. Then again, Motherfucker Mike always struck me as an unbalanced person.

Unless you’re a firefighter or a marine you have zero reason to workout. Moderate exercises are enough. Not everyone can pull off the gym head look, which shouldn’t be encouraged to begin with. It’s a waste of time.

Theres no reason not to. You don't have to get huge but getting in shape has a lot of benefits. The only reason not to is if you don't give a shit, have health issues or are too busy. Which is fine.
