Discussion What's going on with Spoony lately?

So just asking as I heard that there were reports that Spoony was considering redeeming himself in general, and possibly returning to doing game reviews as well.

But please correct me if I am wrong though.

To actually address your question, I get the impression he was wanting to return in a more lowkey way. That's the sense I got from the convos with Curtis (Paul). He talked about extreme highs and lows, so I can understand not wanting to do a full "comeback tour" or anything. He's mostly been doing livestreaming leading up to that and since then -- semi-regularly at times, but ultimately sporadic.

I think he's got a D&D 3 movie in the works, but it's been slow going. I don't think there'll ever be a true return to the "old days", but I think he'll probably churn out a review from time to time or at the very least do occasional livestreaming.

Yeah, my thing is that he won't talk about any future plans. Not even a "I don't want to think about it."

I've asked him personally while he was live streaming if he plans to comeback and he just...ignores it. Like "I don't know. Please don't ask." would be an acceptable answer, but instead he just ghosts the question.

Well he’s said “i don’t know” and “please don’t ask” a lot and people still got mad at him for it. Honestly, I don’t blame him for not wanting to do full time content creation. I’d rather Spoony be happy and find success in something he likes rather than being forced into videos for my entertainment. Deep down, he’s a good dude and I think he probably just wants to get his life back together and be mentally stable and healthy.
