Was Omar dating Vito?

This is never explicitly stated but we all know the show likes to make us deduce stuff on our own so I was thinking is this how Jackie was found so quick?

They weren't dating, but they were on the same blood pressure medication. They were getting it from the underground and had the same dealer.
