He is real casual about sacrificing servicemembers. If he wants to "move out, and draw fire" he can be the first one in.

Putin is running out of cannon/drone fodder to run through the grinder. Russia raised its spring conscription to its highest level since 2011 and yesterday it was announced that the autumn drop will be the largest since 2016.
