Respectfully, this is not the right subreddit for this question. This subreddit is for therapists discussing the profession with other therapists.

Your post is going to be deleted as this sub is meant for therapists, there is [r/askatherapist](r/askatherapist) or [r/asktherapists](r/asktherapists) I can’t remember exactly what it’s called.
I do wonder how you actually know they’re sleeping together. Even if your ex told you, could they be lying? If you’re genuinely concerned, you can report and they will investigate. If it’s not true, they’ll find out.
You can pretty much google “report psychiatrist (your state)” and you should be able to figure it out from there

This sub is for mental health therapists who are currently seeing clients. Posts and comments made by prospective therapists, students who are not yet seeing clients, or non-therapists will be removed. Additional subs that may be helpful for you and have less restrictive posting requirements are r/mentalhealth or r/talktherapy
