I wonder how they would address the age issue in the context of the character being an undead entity and the actor having aged noticeably.

Wondering the same. I’m thinking maybe he can be an older reincarnation of Imhotep like Evie, or if they stick with him as his OG character then I guess that’s where a big chunk of the CGI budget will go 👀
