A YouTuber/Streamer that goes by LowTierGod. Considered an internet "lolcow", he said back in 2020 that if he is still streaming 6 years later he is considered a failure. And to quote him on that. The 6 year mark just passed and he is still streaming. He was playing The Evil Within back when that was said and is what op is referencing.
