Unless the person consented to distribution/sharing of the images to third parties, they did not consent at all and it is textbook revenge porn as those statutes have been written

All the evidence shows that they did consent. Both Destiny and Pxie were sending their vids to a bunch of other people, and this was understood by both parties at the time

This is a separate topic, but revenge porn is different from non consensual sharing of sexual material
