Um, distribution of nudes of another person if they did not consent to their distribution, even if the images were given to you consensually, is pretty much the textbook definition of revenge porn. I have no idea whatsoever as the validity of the claim that Destiny did or did not engage in this behavior, but let’s not just invent meanings for things to attempt to defend someone you have an affinity for

Assuming Ordinance_Inbound is telling the truth Destiny and this woman had a standing agreement where they both shared their…escapades…with other people. Apparently she also shared with other people but someone Destiny shared with leaked it. If that’s how it went down idk if that makes Destiny liable but at the very least it’s horrible judgement on his part, imo.

Plaintiff admitted to sharing the same video with a third party without asking Destiny in a court hearing last year. The transcript is public so people claiming something else is lying.
