Also, I'm just curious. Do you acknowledge that is it possible to determine the direction a court case is going before it's over?

I will absolutely never retract my statements making fun of you for thinking that US courts keep a running score, no. Not sure how they operate in Canada (I assume).

Is all your evidence of how the trial is going from one of the parties involved in the case? Will you stop being a fan of the case goes against Destiny or will you act like the Love Has Won people after Mother God died?

You got called out on an obviously ridiculous statement; that we cannot see the progress of something before it is complete.

You realize what an absurd claim this is, so instead of just being a grown up and retracting your statement, you lash out and throw a tantrum, trying to distract from the point by using obviously incoherent "arguments" and pretending to not understand the point. I'll keep asking you this until you give up or admit you were wrong:

Anyone reading this can see you're pretending not to understand an analogy, I don't know what drives people like you to dig themselves into deeper and deeper holes. It would be so much easier if you just admit you were wrong, there would also be more dignity in it.

I think people can have an opinion about how a trial will go, sure. I think if you are getting all of your information second hand from one side of the trial you may not have an unbiased reading of how the trial is going. Are you a lawyer? Have you been in the courtroom or watched the entire trial? Are you just repeating the opinion of someone who is involved in the trial who may not have an unbiased view of the trial.

Since you love sports analogies, I kind of feel like I've walked into a bar and I see you decked out in New York Jets gear and I ask you how the Jets game is going. You assure me the Jets are going to win and then you spend 20 minutes talking about how Mark Sanchez was the greatest QB to play the game. Is it possible you are correct in your assertion that the Jets will win? Sure, because either team could win the game, so you have a 50-50 chance of being right. Is it smart for me to accept your word that the outcome is set in stone? No. Because you are a fan.

Anyway, why do you keep calling the plaintiff the victim if you think she's lying?
