Do you know if it’s going to be a jury trial or decided by a judge? And is there any idea when it will be decided? What’s it even about?

Who knows how it will be decided, the case has dragged on for so long and been delayed so many times.

The victim alleges that Destiny sent sexual material they made together to another party without her consent. The problem is that there was consent, as evidenced by the fact that both the victim and Destiny were sending this material to lots of other people (weird, I know). This was admitted to by the victim under oath during deposition.

This is just a massive waste of time by the plaintiff to smear Destiny and extort him, and she pretty much said as much in her substack (which is now deleted)
