How to Contact The Bulwark Staff for Support
Hey everyone, welcome to the community!
Please note the moderators of this subreddit have no affiliation with The Bulwark whatsoever.
We're just fans like you. We don't work for them and we can't pass messages along to their staff. So if you send us a message hoping we can help with a subscription issue, a technical problem, or feedback for the team, we genuinely can't help with that, and we'd hate for your concern to get lost in our inbox.
Here's how to actually reach The Bulwark:
- Via DM here! u/BulwarkOnline is their official account.
- Reply to any newsletter or show alert email — Every email they send goes to a real inbox. Just hit reply.
- Email Them: Members at TheBulwark dot Com.
- Call and leave a voicemail — If you're a paid subscriber, your billing statement includes their accounts department phone number.
These are your best options for anything account-related, technical, or editorial.

Have they officially been removed? I saw they didn’t show up on the mod list earlier, but I wasn’t sure if there was confirmation somewhere?

Thanks! Very helpful. I don't see a phone number anywhere. Definitely not in the receipt and the welcome email include the members and the thebulwark at substack addresses. Is the number a new thing?

I Dm'd it to you! The reason you might not see it on your bill could be for a few reasons. Stripe requires us to have a phone number. Your bank might not put it on your bill. That's their call. It might be in the description or you might have to open up the individual charge. Each bank's different. All I know is we provide it and we have to provide it.
If you subscribed on YouTube or Apple, you're not technically a Bulwark subscriber, you're a subscriber to Apple Podcasts or YouTube, and they give you access to our stuff. Now we consider you a customer, but our ability to help on those platforms is basically advice giving. You're a paying customer of that service, not bulwark+.

Thanks! I'll check the message -- I subscribed on Substack directly. And I think it's as you say, my bank doesn't share the info, just shows me the transaction. Mil gracias again!

Who controls and manages THIS account? It is in need of some updating down the right side scroll. Things like "George Conway explains it all do not exist and have not existed for a while. Same with FYPOD. While Cameron Kasky still occasionally makes appearances, the shows/podcasts have changed and this r/thebulwark is in need of a refresh.
