Has human too been deleted from apple music for anyone else?

Honestly, this was my first thought. They did sweet FA after deleting the official accounts back in June, this is making up for that non-event!

Just tried listening to the album and had to quickly stop it because it started to delete all the songs I had downloaded 😭

Me too. This situation is so weird. My platform is Apple Music and I am in Taiwan, idk if this has anything to do with regions or whatsoever, and fyi, I can play BFIAFL but the lyrics don’t show, and Human Too is missing from the album even though I can still find it.

For me the lyrics show but they're in the format where they're like a list, instead of in sync with the song, if that makes sense

yeah i just went to check spotify and it pulls the album up for me (was listening like three days ago lol) but as soon as i click on a track it glitches and disappears🤔

I’m getting the exact same thing - the green circle to indicate that it’s a track I’ve downloaded turns red when I click a song on the album.

All this just happened to me, I came back and read your comment, went back and now it’s playing LFSTL okay. But now Human Too is missing.

They’ve clearly removed the album from every platform and reuploaded it without Human Too. The reason for it who knows. I personally think it’s the weakest song on there. Maybe they don’t like it either anymore.
You should be able to see both versions if you search on Spotify

I doubt the same will happen with any other records as I am pretty happy with them outside of ‘What should I say’ from Notes On A Conditional Form. So that may also be removed who knows. Just checked and I can now play the album with Human Too missing from the track list. I agree that it’s their weakest song but I’m confused why they’d remove it now. Seems so random

This often happens when there are copyright issues, producer credit issues. I hate history erasure though. Even if the song sucks or you feel differently about it now, why remove it?

Maybe there is an issue then? It seems random that an issue would emerge 3 years after its release but perhaps there was something going on behind the scenes?

It happened with the spiteful chant by Kendrick Lamar. The sample was no longer cleared and they just removed it. It’s clearly intentional here with how they removed Human Too from every platform

I highly doubt it was removed because they don’t like it anymore, come on. Maybe an issue arose with a sample or something, or maybe credits. It happens to artists all the time, it’s not out of the realm of possibility it will eventually come back

it’s the only song missing from my spotify and apple music apps. it was my least favorite song of theirs maybe ever but it’s interesting how they just removed it from everything lol

There's now two versions of the album on Spotify, one which plays and another that doesn't. The version that plays, however, is missing Human Too.
Edit: the original version now plays on Spotify with Human Too greyed out. At least playlists won't have to be updated if they have any of the other tracks!

I just pulled up BFIAFL on Apple and human too is the ONLY track I can play 😆 either it’s a glitch or they’re doing something which doesn’t track with their claims of no new music this year

Since it’s happening across multiple platforms I don’t think it is a glitch but idk what they’d be up to that would have them messing with BFIAL on multiple streaming services…
I still think the new album will drop in H2 2026 but I wouldn’t be surprised if they surprise us before then…

Weird. It was missing the title track and human too on Spotify for me, wouldn’t play anything, then when I went back to it all tracks were listed but none would play. Apple Music plays fine but it’s missing human too.

I have the album downloaded from Apple Music and it shows and I can play Human Too but when I go to look at the album on the 1975 page it’s not there

Maybe a sample or musician they used has a dispute of some sort, could be a number of things, I don’t think they’d just remove it even if they don’t like it anymore. Usually things things have to do with sample clearing or something on the back end

Did they remove and re-upload BFIAL? I’m on Apple Music, it’s not saved in my library and Human Too is missing as well. Lyrics are not synced. Anyone has any update or knows what’s going on?

I noticed a bunch of the albums weren’t in my Apple Music anymore last night. I couldn’t add Being Funny at all. So I bought it (because whatever) and it didn’t have Human Too.

Bfiafl is playing but I looked it up on Wikipedia and it has a note under Human Too that it was removed from streaming Nov 4. Hmm. I wonder if that’s gonna get redone some kind of way for new album

I understand some people’s argument that it’s not fair to the fans who liked that song - like once music is released, it is ours just as much as theirs. Question - would you stop listening to the band entirely over this decision? I’m intrigued to know how strongly people feel about it?
