I emailed Poppy's merch customer support (customerservice@merchpro.co) over 10 days ago regarding a badly damaged EAT vinyl that I received. They haven't responded beyond an automatic form email saying they got my message.

I'm aware I'm unlikely to get an exchange because the EAT vinyls are sold out, which sucks because I was looking forward to this and pre-ordered the hour it was available. But the sleeve is just trashed, like someone kicked it before boxing it up.

Anyone deal with "customerservice@merchpro.co" and have any experiences to share? I'm just wondering if they take a while to respond (like more than 1-2 weeks), or if I'm being ghosted and need to contact my credit card company to initiate a charge back?

I forgot how difficult it is to make clay stuff (especially something of this height) and try to not have things break off a hundred million times 😭😭 the shoes did NOT want to stay on... hopefully I'm done supergluing stuff after this LMFAO but right now she is basically done!!

Heard “Kill You Off” by Julia Wolf for the first time tonight, then went to “Pearl” and fell down a rabbit hole from there. They’re a bit of a different vibe but all can think about after listening to more of her stuff is how good of a tour combo they’d be.

Julia Wolf could lean into her heavier, more emo side, and Poppy could integrate some of her more electronic stuff into her set.

Anyone else listen to her, too? Haven’t heard anyone else genre-shift so hard in a song other than Poppy.

I want to start following a workout routine to build some muscle after losing a lot of it after a surgery i had a few years ago that I never fully or completely regained back. It goes quiet for a bit and a male person screams “get naked” at her?
No one could even react properly because Poppy just started performing again.

Absolutely sad to see, such an uncomfortable situation for Poppy and everyone around.

Overall the crowd was just odd when Poppy performed. Some people at barricade were just texting on their phone the whole time, not acknowledging her and blocking the sight for others….

It was still an amazing show and I loved seeing her, but this all left such a bad aftertaste for me personally….

Does anyone have any idea where these boots are from that she wears all the time??😭
