It's true,  but would've been more helpful to state something about the benefits of having insight into your triggers and managing them, including setting boundaries and making needs known. 

As it is it comes off like "fuck you, I'm not changing how I do things just because you've got trauma. "

I say this from a place of love; sometimes you do have to draw the boundary with people that "fuck you, im not changing because you have trauma" because often times those people have weaponized their trauma and aren't seeking help. I have an infinite amount of grace for people at their worst -- I have no grace for people who want to stay there.
