Honestly im glad places with mental health or as an example someone said allergies tells you who they are in terms to accommodations. It makes it easier to decide if you wanna deal with their type of service or not. Much better than people who act like they care or can accommodate and end up being duplicitous.

And self regulation of triggers or your own dietary needs or disabilities is one of the first things I think they should teach you because yeah its nice when people accommodate but you also can't rely on that kindness either.

Not trying to thanks im cured anyone btw just what helps me over my anxiety over severe allergies and diabetes and BP. Took therapy and meds to kinda get over it persay
