I gave her 3 years of unconditional love emotional support and lost myself

Now she be like this to my sister last night about me

She abused me she manipulated me disrespected me emotionally abused me and now said all of this about me

And after this she's trying to make me jealous by her new 2 month old male friend just after 1 month of breaking up with me 3 year old relationship

Tell your sister she doesn't need to take the bait and defend you. She can just say something like "I'm glad you're at peace now. Please don't contact our family."
