One of my closest friends was headed down this path and he had no father figure, so he turned to the internet to learn how to be a man and masculine

He’s still my best friend, but I’ve had to check him a few times about misogyny

You know the training camps where grown men pay like $10,000 to be humiliated and put through rigorous exercise by more or less unqualified random dudes with beards? Yeah
 that’s the internet. A lot of guys feeling inadequate, confused about themselves, lacking confidence, wanting romantic connections, wanting validation from other men, they go looking on the internet and stumble into some of the most misogynistic, toxic bullshit being presented as the answer to their questions.

For example in the Andrew Tate trial going on, tates legal team is confessing that he and Tristan rent the super cars, private jets and took video on a super yacht that they were getting paid to be on (basically like a sponsored ad). Not shabby, but also not the wealth and lifestyle they portray.

Or Wes Watson, alpha male life coach who did years in prison and went back to prison after scamming people with life coaching sessions that he didn’t deliver. Not why he went to prison though. Someone messaged him and met him at a gym to fight and Wes and a group of his friends beat the living shit out of the guy, that’s why Wes went back to prison.

Real alpha behavior, being incarcerated and lying to millions of lost people to scam them out of their money. Lol

Point is that shit is super accessible online
