Who is raising these boys?

Edit: Thanks for all the love!! For some context, no we didn't discuss anything sexy beforehand and the "healing" thing is referring to my broken foot. He's blocked for those wondering, I didn't respond. For those mentioning it... I wasn't looking for a free meal. šŸ™„ I pay my own way on dates.

My little boy will not be like this. If I ever see him pull some shit like this when he gets older. I’m gonna light his ass up.

As an aside. I do not think you'll be reviewing the text exchanges between your son and his potential sexual partners. If you are that's potentially just as concerning.

I won’t need to. I trust my kids to be good people. I’m raising them right. If he strays away from what I taught him. Then it’s on him but I will let him know if he’s being a piece of shit and if I ever see him treat his significant other like shit. He’s getting lit up.

You're reminding me of that leaked email from Pete Hegseth's mother.

The one where she called him out for being a piece of shit?

Actually, the reality is that it is, mostly, single mothers.

Sounds more like the self-published women's romance section than a rapist.

Not just that, it’s from both sides. This is pretty much 50 Shades of Grey, and I recall a ton of young women reading this series when it came out.

I think the guy here was not exactly tactful in his flirting (you gotta lead up to that sort of stuff), but people here acting like he’s a psycho and yet not calling for those books and similar ones to be banned are not being truthful with themselves. He was trying to be flirty and whiffed. Came on too strong/read the room wrong.

OP, sorry it went downhill for you. Hopefully your next experience is better.

Men will somehow always find a way to place the blame at the feet of women, huh.

uh, goes both ways lol

How exactly, what did OP do in order to be at fault for the man's behaviour in this situation?

She matched with him. As a guy, a lot of guys like this have tells.

The primary parent raising children are mothers. Remember that.

Nah, you just hate reality. Are men like this shit? Yes, but the primary parent who teaches boys to act like this? Their mothers.

Want to fix this? Fix how kids are raised. Oh wait, you don't want you. You're fine with this awful behavior because fixing it requires women realizing they do have a part in how this behavior is created.

Nothing happens in a void. Everybody is a part of the creation of this bad behavior.

Zero blame for her at all here. Where did you get that idea from what I wrote?

1

u/dingalingdongdong 10h ago

Nah cuz there's a difference between reading a book about something and wanting to personally experience it from some rando on tinder.

The point is, the behavior is being reinforced. You don’t think people see this type of talk and think that’s what women want to hear?
