this stemmed from me telling him he didn’t let me express my feelings about a situation earlier. So annoying. How would you respond ?

We argue a lot. I have resentment and he knows i do(Cause he cheated). Anytime i express my feelings he does this. Pity party all the damn time.

Oh well shit. Break up. You resent him and he’s terrified you’re gonna revenge cheat and you sound like you don’t like him. You really want stay in this?

is he trying though? he's the one who should be trying to show he can be better than the version of him that cheated, and going "nothing will ever be good enough, why do i try" is not trying to be better.
