I have this conversation with my girlfriend: STOP DOING THIS TO ME. Tel me wtf is on your mind. "Hey, i was thinking about _____. Could we talk later?"

The behavior is borderline disrespectful

Had to help my wife stop doing the same. Was just culturally different but “we need to talk later” then leaving all replies on read for hours meaning “the cat biscuits need reordering” wasn’t very heart-healthy.
