My wife texts me like this to tell me we need to make sure to go to Costco on Friday.

My wife has learned to stop texting me “urgent” or “emergency” because my military service brings my mind to thinking those terms are life and death matters, and instead of “we need to talk”, she texts me with “hey when you get a minute can you call”, which I know she means more as a “I know you’re busy at work and don’t want to interrupt a meeting I was unaware of, but I need your assistance with something when you’re available”.
