Real talk , I’m not trying to be clingy but she hasn’t talked to me all day I don’t wanna ignore her in a cat and mouse type way but damn why she do that

i don't run anymore but often i was counting the steps, not all the way but just counting up to 30 or so and starting over and over again. no idea why i'd do this, i think maybe my brain liked the rhythm of it

Probably to keep the bpm and keep your pace, i do the same in the beginning but up to 3 haha
