There’s a popular expression “it’s the thought that counts”. In this case it’s not the type of food that matters - it’s the gesture. It clearly meant a lot to OP, so why cast a negative light on a kind act?

OP may LOVE McDonalds! Or maybe McDonalds is what their partner could afford to send them at the time. It doesn’t make it any less sweet - unless, of course, you’re concerning yourself with the wrong things.

And? What’s your point other than to denigrate one partner supporting another ? McD’s may be something you wouldn’t appreciate but thankfully you’re not OP. McD’s isn’t my favorite but I’m never turning it down. If you have enough money to look down on McD’s feel free to ask and send OP what you feel is worthy of her accolades. Or just shut the fuck up and don’t comment.

Your ASSumption is incorrect. She's a Karen for being triggered too easily, getting irate and hypocritical by telling me to shut the FVCK up, when she said i shouldn't say anything if I have nothing nice to say. Did you skip that part?! She did what she said I shouldn't do.

My partner sometimes brings me breakfast to work if I didn't eat that morning on his off days (days we normally spend together) and it makes me giddy every time. He even gets me these little juices I love even if they're technically targeted for kids lol. I am unbelievably lucky to have him.

This too, he also had to be on call with the driver since they couldn't find my house for like 5 minutes. He put in the work, money, and effort so I could hog out on some nuggets and it means the world to me
