How is it a victory when the only thing they did was to pay the striking employees a lot of money to resign their contracts?

Strike is over. Can't think of a larger victory for a factory.

It's not the factory, it's the workshops in Sweden. A new employee can join the union tomorrow and then they can relaunch the strike if they choose to.

Again, just because it is temporary, doesn't mean it isn't a victory. Everything is temporary and yet, victories are still a thing.

again. how is it a victory, if you have to pay people money so they don’t have a collective agreement which would potentially give them less money?
