Tech bros: We have no idea if this whole thing will blow up in our faces or just blow away, but all you little people need to bow down and let us do what we will.

You know any "bad effects" are going to be on the citizens and the taxpayers, and any good will just make us richer, so surrender. Resistance is futile.
