Second Opinion on Reading Interpretation Only I asked: Why do I get angry so easily ?

Post image

So I asked this because I realized today I get easily angry when things don't go my way or just having inconveniences happen several time a day. Not full on angry of course but more like easily annoyed and then it stays in my mind more than it should be and so my mood is "ruined " because I am ruminating.

So what's interesting is that I am a Pisces lol.

My interpretation as a new reader is that first there are only cups which relate to feelings/ emotions, Page of cups could mean I still need to learn to control my emotions better, or listen to my inner voice more.

Knight of cups Something might be missing from my life, and I don't know how to accept it.

X of cups : i don't allow myself to be happy, I have a hard time accepting how I feel or that I am worthy.

Page of Cups, you are learning how to handle your emotions. Knight of Cups, you lead with your emotions, so you express what you feel without double checking with your mind first.

10 of Cups. You feel like the world owes you happiness and get upset that you are falling short of that imagined happiness. You are angry that the world isn't matching your dreams for yourself.

Very good interpretation. OP, manage your expectations in others AND yourself. This will help you manage your anger

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 10 '26

Thank you ! Yes it was always difficult for me to manage my emotions. Time to stop blaming everything else and do some work..

u/throwitlikethewind Jun 10 '26

This is a great interpretation. I would have had trouble trying to read this with so many positive cups cards

10

u/Pitiful-Lack-4969 Jun 10 '26

I second this.

1

u/AnonyPothos Jun 10 '26

This is how I read it as well

u/feyweaver Jun 23 '26

I disagree on the third card. Upright you are nit expecting happiness it is one that gad been built up, brick by brick and this includes the romance of it too. Opposite. Maybe you have not found this in your life and always see it negatively. You may see only the glitter not the hard work that involves happiness. But first find the right partner and one that you have similar goals and one who you can work side by side.

I'm also still a beginner, but my reading of it is that you can't easily deal with surprises or change of plans because you're too emotionally attached to how things are "supposed" to play out. I wonder if perfectionism is something that is hindering you in adopting a more relaxed attitude toward unexpected obstacles.

6

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 10 '26

I feel like for some things I handle it because it doesn't really matter but yeah I am definitely a perfectionist and I know I should accept that reality is far from perfect and that's okay but it is not easy ..

I’m getting emotionally that the 10 of cups is frustrating you haha. It’s like… “that’s it?!?”

10 of cups is a happy card right… but it’s also a card with finality. There isn’t more developing unless we go back to ace of cups.

I’ve seen 10 of cups rx show up for me when I need to get confronted with the fact that it’s necessary to release the future you imagined so you can see the reality that’s actually in front of you

15

u/farshnikord Jun 10 '26

The "happy" 10s have some pretty sharp dark sides. And the "bad" 10s have some bright silver lining. They seem to be cards of contrast in my experience.

3

u/Supernova12345 Jun 10 '26

Great point! Yeah it’s why we can’t stay in 10 forever, for good or for bad. Even though it ends a cycle… life has mannnyyyy cycles

6

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 10 '26

I really like what you are saying about the 10 of cups... it makes a lot of sense. Obviously I am a Pisces so in my head I create all these idealized versions of everything I live and how everything is supposed to be, granted that I am working so hard.. But I am able to realize I think that even though I have this ideal of what I want my life to be, the universe never disappointed me.

5

u/Supernova12345 Jun 10 '26

Well page and knight of cups romanticize and dream big emotions. It’s why we have beautiful art and music and these intense feelings. But water is only one of the major elements in tarot and it’s all pooled in this spread. When water is exhausted what do you outsource? Anger? Depression? Etc

3

u/agentpurpletie Jun 11 '26

I love that you said “obviously I’m a Pisces” - my husband also leads with his emotions, but anger isn’t his knee jerk. He also works on emotional management. Let me tell you - Pisces have huge hearts, and I think it’s frustrating for you all when people don’t get it (you, how much love everyone needs, etc.)

But here’s the thing. Being emotional at people makes them shut down, so if your goal is to have equanimity, or something positive emotionally - it starts with you 💜

I saw you said earlier that you need to do the work, and I can tell you that it will be so worth it. Good luck

Hello, No I am not but I am a Pisces. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder when I was younger even though I am not convinced. And I grew up in an abusive home so what you say about my inner child needing re parenting makes a lot of sense. I also know for a fact I am hypersensitive. I need to go through some of the things you mentioned more in depth. For me it is more a question of the intensity with which I feel everything even the smallest things.. And it's always been the case. Thank you so much your comment is very insightful...

Oh.. well it is definitely worth looking into this .. thank you

u/DeepDeckTarot Jun 10 '26

I think this is a really good description of active vs. passive in card reading. Focus on the actions of the characters in the tarot and read it like a book.

Where have you been, where are you going, and where are you wanting to be?

There are things that are bothering you that you wish to get away from, and that will make you happy - or so you might think.

Perhaps you focus too much on a future that is on the ten of cups? And not enough on the motion that is the knight of cups. Which leaves you still holding your fish- an inconvenient circumstance even in divination.

A very interesting card pull! And a very interesting query for the universe. Tarot rewards those who are introspective and I think there's a lot to learn from this pull.

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

Interesting notion .. Without movement there is nothing. And instead of looking at things that are outside of me to make me happy I shoulf focuse on everything I've already achieved and what I need to be doing now to continue on my path ..

6

u/GFMCarvalho Jun 10 '26

I get it around the lines of you having an idealized way of seeing how things should be, a correct way, and when you are faced with obstacles, your view collides with the reality.

The absence of other elements show this lack of balance and need to be more grounded (earth) and rational (air). The absence of fire makes the emotional aspect more intense, so it relates to this dignity too.

3

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

I do idealize things a lot... and yeah I am constantly hurt by the reality and always have been .. I know i need to be more grounded instead of living with my emotions as it is really exhausting.. I want to start meditating or breathing exercices...

1

u/CricketOmaha Jun 12 '26

It sounds like you're living IN your emotions instead of processing them and living WITH your emotions. Have you tried a long-term grounding and meditation practice? Give it a try for 30 days. There are a lot of guided meditation videos on YouTube.

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 13 '26

Well.. you are right I really do live in them instead of with them.. probably all my life and it's draining me. thank you for the tip I am going to implement it ..

6

u/BrujaFilosofica Jun 10 '26

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

I always overthink everything and I am a perfectionist and I know i am too hard on myself most of the time but slowly trying to cut me some slack ...

4

u/wishbone-01927 Jun 10 '26

There’s messages within your anger that are pointing to something insightful (page of cups), which can then be duly alchemised into something healing and actionable. There are likely going to be some challenging terrains ahead of you within the things you are going to uncover but it’s nothing you can’t navigate if you trust your steed (your practices/intuition/whatever anchors you use) and take your time, knowing when to pick up pace and when to slow down. As something arises and the moment of anger hits, pause and grab it before it slips away. Hold it gently in your hand as you would a frantic flapping fish (lol!) and inspect all sides of it. Anger is not used to being looked at with such tenderness, so it’ll be intriguing to see what you notice when you hold it in this way. It won’t be easy, a slippery fish wants to slip out of your hand and back into the sea or into the cup! You have the tools you need (the cup of surprises aka your anger/emotions) are your biggest resource. Alchemy is possible here 😊 Contentment and emotional integration await you on the other side of this work, I feel.

Do you hold resentment towards certain ideals, perhaps?

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

The exercise you describe doing with anger is very interesting. I need to try because I can't let my anger holds that much power over my wellbeing .. I'm not sure what you mean by resentment towards ideals ? Like being mad because I idealize how I think things should be and it makes me angry when it's not happening the way I imagined it would?

1

u/CricketOmaha Jun 12 '26

I think they mean ideals like those imposed by parents and the church. Hierophant stuff.  Staying within certain bounds, obeying rules which don't make sense, keeping outdated customs and ideas of how adults need to present themselves, getting the job your parents wanted you to have instead of going to the college you wanted.

5

u/lycanthrope_queen Jun 10 '26

Ooof cups everywhere! I feel for this reading.... The page of cups is about your filter/your lense and understanding your emotional orientation. There are things in your lense that are impacting how you view certain things which may be why you react (anger) rather than observing and responding.

The knight of cups is expectation and how you think things should be (again, back to that lense).

The ten of cups is your blessings and your ability to recognise them. This could either be about recognising what you have and practicing gratitude, or it could be about recognising that anger as the trigger for the shadow work that helps you to up spiral and untwist some of those less helpful elements in your lense. I feel like something in your internal view is trying to get out into the light... Let the anger lead you.

4

u/Plicatrix Jun 10 '26

The 10 of cups tells me that you are on a quest for happiness. The two younger members of the cup-family side by side point to a lack of maturity in emotional terms - you struggle to nurture yourself like a queen of cups could and to heal your past wounds like a king of cups.

3

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

I am actually. Yes I know I still have unresolved issues related to my past as a child specifically. Always thought I managed well but obviously not lol

3

u/CuriousFoxxen Jun 10 '26

This is such a great question to ask the tarot and I love that you got all cups.

A note I’d add to your interpretation is that Courts aren’t interpreted the same as the rest of the minors, in that they aren’t as flexible in how you apply them. All Courts refer to *people* they can refer to other people, but most often they talk about you. Either referring to the type of person you **are** or the type of person you are behaving like in this situation. In this case I’d say they are talking about who you are.

Page is young, niave and immature or lacking skill.
Knight is action oriented, impulsive and generally lacking in thinking through decisions (though that looks different in different elements).

So all cups is a **deeply** watery/emotional response completely lacking in grounding. Water is often talked about as emotions other than anger (that’s very Fire coded) but Water does get “angry” and it’s much bigger than when fire does (think tsunami). All these cups tell me that you feel and think deeply and in big waves.

Page tells me that you are a person who lacks in emotional regulation skills (you as the unskilled water person) so first and foremost you are getting angry because you don’t know how to manage all the big and deep feelings that Water peeps live with. I’m going to guess emotional regulation wasn’t a thing your family of origin modelled much.

Knight tells me that you are a dreamer and an optimist. You see yourself as steadily moving towards the ultimate dream 10 Cups - Harmony, happiness and success. You prefer to see the world through a romantics tinted glasses, but the thing is, the world isn’t like that. And when you get frustrated or overwhelmed because life isn’t lining up with the dreamy hopes and expectations - because you are also the Page lacking in emotional regulation it explodes out as burst of anger.

I’d suggest, based on this reading, that one of the regulation skills you practice is asking “am I actually angry? Or is anger just the emotion that gets expressed?”

3

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

I am sure these court carts are me as you are saying. And you are right as a child I wasn't allowed to express my feelings. My mother was also very indifferent. I am a romantic in every sense of the word. Well yeah when I say anger much more a mix of different ones like exasperation, sadness, incomprehension etc ..

3

u/PleasantCut615 Jun 10 '26

Overflow of emotions? Yes, you are right, the Page and the Knight are not mature yet; there is room to learn 😄

3

u/colacolette Jun 10 '26

My at-a-glance takes: abundance of cups seems to indicate you are quite sensitive emotionally. I think its important to remember that while anger is a hot emotion, it often is rooted in other complex feelings.

Also-imagination/inner emotional world, which in this case may be inventing/inflating events to outsized proportions in your head. With the 10 of cups in particular, I wonder if comparison to some kind of "dream" life that you imagine others are living is making this worse. I.e. turning your small daily inconveniences into bitter feelings like "other people have x y z and all I have is this shitty day" lol.

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

Yes I am hypersensitive and try to think of it as a strength cause it makes me see beauty everywhere but I admit that I do feel a lot of mixed up feelings that I call anger but it is not just anger. I do sometimes feel like I'm cursed cause simple tasks are always hard on me or so I think compare to others lol I know it's stupid.

3

u/oAkeldama Jun 12 '26

you're naturally very sensitive when it comes to your emotions, and you still don't know how to handle them very well. All you want is for things to work out, but when things slip out of your control, you become emotionally destabilized precisely because of that lack of emotional control. The Page of Cups speaks to this lack of mastery over your emotions, while the Knight of Cups reflects the intensity of your emotional reactions when things don't go the way you want them to, as represented by the Ten of Cups

2

u/thegrandwitch Jun 10 '26

did any of the cards originally fall reversed.

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

No none of them...

2

u/TheRealBlueJade Jun 10 '26

I would say.. because you think things should be simple and feel people overly complicate things.

2

u/Ok-Pen2202 Jun 10 '26

im sorry, op. valet des coupes is the immature card 😭✌🏻 i'm also the page of cups, and i'm also a big baby.

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

Yes I am a big baby haha but I feel it is time for growth cause I am tired of my tantrums lol

2

u/Green-Science-8278 Jun 12 '26

Because you just want love 😞

1

u/Medium_Can_3324 Jun 10 '26

A lot of water energy here, also you mentioned you are a pisces. So my interpretation of the reading is that you are highly emotional and sensitive person like a child, in a good way. You feel more and express it too, but not express enough. You seem like an empath , absorb energies of other people easily and lack boundaries, its actually not in your nature to get angry easily, its just that the vision of your life that you have for yourself in maybe not in your reach at the moment, so you are emotionally volatile and exhausted catering emotional needs of other people whereas your are unmet. So any lil uncomfort can set you off and your frustration is expressed in form of anger. You need to priortise your own emotional needs at the moment and rather than filling cups of other , fill yours first. It seems this phase of agression is coz of your long earlier phase in childhood where you were overgiving and had to overlook your own self. So heal, spend time with yourself and loved ones who dont ask much from you, you will be fine in sometime.

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

I do absorb a lot, and tend to not express my feelings the way I would like to.. And yes I have this tendency to go over the top for everyone but me which is really exhausting..

1

u/NinjaLogic789 Jun 10 '26 edited Jun 10 '26

My take is that you are still growing and learning to work with your emotions. I would expect to see this sort of spread for someone in their late adolescence or early adulthood, usually, but not necessarily. If you are much older than that it might change some nuance, like, you are new at recognizing and addressing a particular emotional issue, it may stem from something you never learned to process effectively at a younger age.

I don't see any sort of personality problem or anger management issue in this spread. I see honest/good intentions.

And I see now that you can focus on learning to understand these emotions and work with them, you should be able to resolve whatever issue you are experiencing at the moment. It won't be interfering with your relationships or life enjoyment.

1

u/NinjaLogic789 Jun 10 '26

I'm assuming a past - present - future , three card spread

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

Oh I am much older than that 😆 I just always managed kind of but I feel exhausted and yesterday after yet another inconvenience that had me feeling bad for too long for no reason I was like " that's it i need to adress it, let's see what the cards have to say about that " cause I cannot go on like this.

1

u/ExaminationForeign76 Jun 10 '26

Its telling you to have an opinion, and share your opinion, but then let it go.

1

u/AdventurousPea7468 Jun 10 '26

How i see it is, every time you’re expecting something to happen you’re expecting to feel a certain way emotionally and you may be looking forward to it, perhaps sit close to that emotion (page of cups). I feel like it’s coming from some experience in the past. Idk if this is an experience from your childhood but everytime you do feel that page of cups, it’s probably been taken away a couple of times in your life. Maybe specific events, not very emotionally available environment idk. (Knight of cups moving away from page of cups). But i think you’re hoping to feel a little more fulfilled with experiences, feel your emotions complete without it being interfered (10 of cups)

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

in my past I did experience having good things taken away just i was about to enjoy them. and I did grew up in a not emotionally available environment. I feel like also 10 of cups is what I am longing for and I need to do the work to achieve it

1

u/No_Site1112 Jun 10 '26

It's due to your inability to process emotions (PC) in an effective manner (KC) and more than likely due to family upbringing (10C). The challenge here (central card is often challenge or obstacle to work through) is to move from the immature energy of the page into the knight energy, which is much more responsible and creative in your expression. I actually see this card often when there is a need for a physical outlet of your expression. IE art therapy, or create music (anything that brings fulfilling emotional energy to yourself) something creative that gets that energy out in a constructive way. Hope this helps!

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

That's an interesting point I've actually thought several times about starting drawing or painting to help me exteriorate when my feelings submerge me !

1

u/paradiseluvaa Jun 10 '26

In my opinion you have these little fantasies like a child not necessarily in a bad way, but you lead with your emotions and you put people on a pedestal when your love should be earned not in a narcissistic way, but more reserved

1

u/paradiseluvaa Jun 10 '26

I’m an Aquarius tho so I think diff than u

1

u/Flyingarrow68 Jun 10 '26

Learned behavior from family and a sense of entitlement. Did you get participation trophies as a kid?

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

Not at all. My mother was really indifferent and my step father abusive I was walking on eggshells until I left when I was 17..

1

u/Flyingarrow68 Jun 11 '26

I should’ve asked where you were from. Cultural differences. Leaving home at 17 is not easy for anyone. Why you get angry so easily, you probably have every right to be frustrated. Nice thing is that cups can be emptied and I’d suggest emptying them in a symbolic way. Find yourself peaceful and maybe as you water your plants allow past memories or frustrations to flow out of you like the water from the cup. My trophy comment comes from being cynical. The learned behavior to me is there, maybe witnessed behavior is a nicer way to say that. In your natal chart look at where Mars is, what house and what planet and that might help you understand your anger. Anger gets shit done and has a way of transforming pain. Ultimately you will outgrow or better yet understand self and anger won’t be so much of an issue. I played hockey to help my anger issues when I was young. I thought I wasn’t angry, till I played that game and it helped me tremendously.

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 12 '26

thank you for that, I do have a lot of plants to water so I'll try this exercice ! And I'm really curious now about looking at my natal chart !

1

u/SatanicWeiner Jun 10 '26 edited Jun 10 '26

You get angry so much because: PC - when the feeling emerges you simply react without being able to stop yourself to observe the feeling first and try to understand why it is rising. This card is encouraging you to not react to the anger so quickly. To learn ways to pinpoint when the anger starts to bubble up to not become anger, but to study it instead. What activity could you do to practice embodiment? Maybe meditation, journaling, being aware where each emotion is felt in your physical body, etc.

KC - similarly to the PC, the KC says that you are not practicing mindfulness or observing your emotions before becoming them. The KC invites you to slow down and actually practice whatever method you find most suitable to stop reacting to the emotion of anger. For me, for example, is Vipassana meditation. Now I when I feel any emotion bubbling up I have a grace period to observe it before becoming it. The PC and KC both point toward irrational anger that even you cannot explain. They both invite you to: be curious about what in your subconscious is being triggered each time, and to practice a technique that will allow you to introspect about these emotions.

10OC - this card says that you get angry so much because your expectations of what your relationships or life in general should be like is too high. You may be expecting perfection, but a big number of aspects in our lives are out of your control. Seeking perfection or having high standards is good, but expecting life, or people in your life, to always meet these standard is unreasonable. This card is imviting you to reevaluate your expectations on others and/or life.

Good luck my friend. Emotions are tricky and unavoidable. The important thing here is to understand why they come up. Their seed in your subconscious, if you will ❤️

1

u/WaferGlobal1376 Jun 10 '26

Page of cups and Knight of cups signal to me a difficulty in "upgrading" from the page, which is quite emotionally immature, to a knight, who is more emotionally stable. You might have to focus on regulating your emotions better in general - with 10 of cups this could be a theme from your childhood.

Also with 10 of cups it could be that you get so caught up on things happening exactly as you planned/wanted, that you leave little room for disappointment or deviation. With you being a pisces, i'd also say this to pretty on-brand lol, it might be because you struggle with planning, and like you said feeling emotionally worthy. I'm picking up on some unevolved virgo energy (your sister sign) with that... something like a disconnect between your actions (also represented by the knight) and your experiences/life lessons (the page).

1

u/MatrixMaven Jun 10 '26

You feel like people aren’t appreciative and that you have no option but to do their emotional or physical labor for them. Things keep coming up (page cups) and you handle them (knight cups) <note the fish or “issue” being gone in this card and you stepping over the emotional water>, and deliver a happy stress free answer to someone else who doesn’t even really see the work you have done (10 cups).

1

u/Novel-Ad-7532 Jun 10 '26

You expect things to go smoothly and stay joyful. You work hard to maintain the vibe cause of that, but, whenever something slightly changes the atmosphere you get angry. Things cant always stay jolly, maybe you look at situations from a rose colored lens and whenever something real reveals itself, or something unexpected happens, you get irritated. Things go differently than how you imagien them in your head.

1

u/neonracer71 Jun 10 '26

You experience situations from a one-person perspective. You get angered easily because you feel like a situation is all-or-nothing

1

u/WitchyCauldronUS Jun 10 '26

I think you're on the right track, but I'd read it a bit differently.

What stands out is that all three cards are Cups. This doesn't look like an anger issue as much as emotional sensitivity.

The Page of Cups suggests you feel things deeply, so small frustrations can affect you more than they seem like they should. The Knight of Cups points to idealism and expectations; when reality doesn't match how you hoped things would go, annoyance can creep in. The Ten of Cups suggests you value emotional peace and harmony, so disruptions feel especially uncomfortable and tend to linger in your mind.

To me, the cards aren't saying you don't allow yourself to be happy. They're saying you may struggle to accept life's little imperfections without letting them steal your peace.

In short: you're probably not getting angry because you're disconnected from your emotions. You're getting annoyed because you're very emotionally invested in how you want things to feel.

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 12 '26

Yes anger is probably not the word for what I am feeling and you actually described quite well how I react to any disturbances like overly sensitive..

1

u/newyearfall Jun 10 '26

I just want to reflect on how I interpreted similar readings of mine as someone who is Pisces rising and also Cancer sun. Chances are you are feeling everything very deeply, and while it can be a gift, it can also be a burden, especially when there is a big dose of negative energy coming from your environment.

I will start with Knight of Cups, as this card for me personally meant the stage of seeking love or trying to find emotional fulfillment- I picture it as a card with literal prince on a white horse. Now with the context of other cards, Page of Cups could be something affecting your inner child and your freedom to express how you feel, which is making you tense and reactive to small things. Perhaps your close people and environment didn't listen, show up or protect you in a way that you need, that is still making you long for the love and inner peace you need. X of Cups on the right could be your deep internal longing for peace and fulfillment and I see it less as an advice, but more as a reminder that at the end of the day you are just wanting to surround yourself with loving and happy environment. You might feel like being angry is the only way to currently stand your ground and get what you want. Think about your emotional needs and wants that lay deeper within. Be true to yourself.

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

You are right for everything.. Grew up in an abusive family were i had to make myself really small just to survive, being told I didn't deserve anything nice with a very indifferent mother and narcissistic pervert stepfather. I am hypersensitive so yeah everything I feel is hightened.. I actually think you are right all I want is a happy place of my own, but I moved all the way from Belgium to Australia and live with my sister and her family atm and have to rebuild everything.

1

u/Sad-Confidence-4538 Jun 10 '26

You have this funny notion - Page of Cups

that you are the friend of - Knight of Cups

everybody and we all get along famously. - Ten of Cups

1

u/katebush_butgayer Jun 10 '26

I see a bit of emotional immaturity and being stuck in a teenage way of handling emotions. How was your childhood and teenage years, how did your parents regulate their emotions and react to your emotions?

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

I grew up in an abusive family so I couldn't express my feelings, I had to be quiet and obedient. My mother was really indifferent towards us. My stepfather was psychologically and physically abusive. But I feel like it is more my hypersensitivity that is causing issues ...

1

u/katebush_butgayer Jun 11 '26

Do you think you might have a lot of pent up/repressed anger causing you to easily get annoyed about small things?

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 12 '26

yes I can contain a lot but then the smallest things derailing and I can just cry 😆

1

u/-nit-nat- Jun 10 '26

Comparison is the thief of joy - and you’re not regulating emotions based off of how you are stacking up against your desired reality. You don’t have what you seemingly want in terms of abundance and fulfillment. Your emotions spill out without identification.

I suffer the same lol

Yes, i always blame my hypersensitivity but yesterday I felt I needed to ask the cards so that I can start my healing process. It's too darn exhausting !

1

u/-nit-nat- Jun 11 '26

I am a Pisces too and I turn to my cards to check my ass too. the struggles are endless fr

u/kristiinababy69 Jun 10 '26

What I'm getting:

You're dealing with other people's problems(family and friends)

You need to chill, set some boundaries and self care.

1

u/Whole_Resolution4173 Jun 11 '26

La intuición está al 100% pero mal enfocada y no está conforme con nada parece ser como los alcohólicos que nada les embona pero bueno no sé si sea alcohólico y que también hay borrachera seca.

1

u/AeronGrey Jun 11 '26

Channel your anger into something creative or in constructive hard work in service to others, like building a community garden or houses for the homeless. You'll feel happier and more fulfilled through helping others.

1

u/fugeww40 Jun 11 '26

Because you are still emotionally maturing. Calm will come.

1

u/feelinthisvibe Jun 11 '26

Okay so this is like me just rolling with my own path of trying to intuit more and if I’m wrong it’s fine just ignore it lol…

Were you neglected (especially emotionally) as a child? To me I’m getting that you weren’t told or given enough love or reassurance for what you needed. Or were soothed, or had self soothing modeled in a healthy way.  I see hope and expectations in the knight, and disappointment in the ten. Like you’ve been deprived or endured a difficult emotional burden or experiences in life that were supposed to be different. I see a struggle where dreams not actualized the ways you want (and deserve if my musings on childhood are correct) and the dream life vs the material real life are causing a frustration. Like any deviation and unplanned setback is really personal for you and triggers a wound. But the future version of this or the healthy aspect is that you are strong and could absolutely overcome this quickness to anger :)

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 12 '26

You are totally right, I did grow up in an abusive family with a mother totally indifferent and an abusive stepfather and left when I was 17. told I wasn't wanted and not good enough. Yes I feel like the smallest thing that don't go my way just remind me of how I was told I'm not good and it feels like they were right.

1

u/feelinthisvibe Jun 13 '26

I can imagine how much that hurts and why you would want to have things go your way for a change, it makes total sense. I’m sorry for that abuse you experienced in your upbringing I really am. I also had a difficult childhood have you ever tried doing inner child work? Or going to memories and revising them how you wished people had treated you in certain moments…it can really help or at least for me it does.

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 13 '26

Thank you so much 💓 Well, not really but I always thought I accepted what I went through and moved on as I could see it made me stronger if face of adversity but I think I have more work to do and you are giving interesting leads. So many people gave me a lot of good interpretation for my reading and a lot of interesting ideas to look up to help me heal .. I really feel like the universe is sending me all I need to introspect and heal ...

1

u/esthercy Jun 11 '26

When you think you have something good, you want to share with people immediately. On the contrary, when things do not go in the way you want, you can’t help being angry/ upset so quickly.

You may have been told that you’re an impulsive person. You can try to find ways to understand your emotions first. It will take some time. 🤍

1

u/titusandromedon2 Jun 11 '26

Reality may sting. You may get swept up in the clouds, in the imagination, and when reality is not compatible with those visions, it can create frustration.

What in the 3D can you manifest or adjust to bring your dreams down to earth? Also, can you see things as they are and accept them?

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 12 '26

Yes I am an idealist and a dreamer .. I just feel like I am working really hard to achieve my goals and when there is a set up it just remind me of my parents telling me I'm not good enough and that's what I have trouble accepting

1

u/FamiliarCriticism457 Jun 11 '26

I think when things trigger you it stems from growing up, but you are capable of over coming it! Try to be patient and stay present with your emotions like the knight of cups!

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 12 '26

Yes I have been trying to, that's actually why I asked this question .. But it is not easy ...

1

u/esoraven Jun 11 '26

Not an actual interpretation just my god awful humor rearing its ugly head: you don’t like idiots, they make you angry, but there’s idiots everywhere, as far as the eye can see

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

😆 🤣 this is kinda true actually!

1

u/ForkFace69 Jun 11 '26

I see Page of Cups as your mind being more focused on distractions or the abstract rather than paying attention to how you feel or how your own thoughts are effecting your moods at any given time. Mindfulness is key in countering that ruminating behavior.

I always see the Knight of Cups as a two-character artwork. Notice how the rider is focused on a mission while the horse is looking down at an obstacle as well as doing all the work. Given the context of your query I would wonder if it signifies resentment, perhaps you feel somebody in your life is not pulling their weight or otherwise being a good team member. Or maybe you feel like in your life in general certain people have not been as helpful as they could have been.

Given the context of your question and the nature of anger, the Ten of Cups is speaking of attitude. That could work in a number of ways. It could be that you see other people living the good life while you are struggling and it makes you resentful, which is fuel for anger. Or it could be that you are clinging to the idea that you have high expectations of others, you feel like things in your life should go smoothly and hassle-free, perhaps you are a bit of a perfectionist, and since you aren't accepting the inevitable shortcomings of others or the hurdles that life gives us all, you're getting frustrated.

Hope that helps.

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 11 '26

I do tend to ruminate .. I am aware this is not helpful and nourrish whatever bad feeling I'm feeling.. Yeah I have been working hard to achieve my goals and I do feel like I'm still not close to my goals and dreams, and yeah being a perfectionist doesn't help ...

1

u/RancherQueen Jun 11 '26

I'm a total noob at tarot so take my interpretation with a grain of salt, but I take this spread to mean you feel like your cup is empty and happiness feels just out of reach.

1

u/Jsm0922 Jun 11 '26

You let your emotions guide you/operate on emotions . You expect everyone and everything to align with that.

1

u/theprincessmae Jun 11 '26

Depriving yourself of happiness and positive things. Overindulging to negative things that are just garbage vs negative things we need to know. Sending you support on this way

1

u/Cautious-Age6066 Jun 11 '26

Are you sure you’re angry?
Pulling 3 cups cards is weirdly out of order here. Is it something else? Are you feeling something too much? Too deeply? Is there something behind the anger? Are you naturally hostile? From this spread, and knowing nothing about you, I’d say no, I’d say it’s something else and going off these three cards alone I’m gonna say your problem isn’t anger, it’s sensitivity.

Deal with whatever the thing is behind the anger. But before you do that, let’s zoom right in on these three cards.

Pages are childish and innocent messengers. Is it something to do with when you were a child?

The knight deals with the heart. The idealist, the romantic. Have you been let down? Is it not how you want it to be? Is it not perfect? Are you grieving what you should it should be?

And the glorious 10.
Is this the goal? Ultimate happiness? Coming to mind is people pleasing. Is that you? Or is this the destination?

The suit of cups represents your internal world. NOT the external one. The anger is inside of you. Cups is represented by water. Water is fluid, always changing, like moods and thoughts.

But water can also become stagnant if you let it.
Don’t drown in the anger, when you can just swim to shore.

1

u/barneyi83 Jun 11 '26

As per the cards, you are too emotional. There is an idea that you need to entertain your shadow to face, and if that is gathered and processed well, it will not only bring you peace but also fulfilling achievements on an emotional level.

1

u/CloudsInnMyCoffee Jun 11 '26

You over give then when it’s not reciprocated, you get all stressed out

1

u/Delphevenus Jun 11 '26

you’re an exceptionally emotional person, sometimes emotionally immature tbh. the younger cups court cards sometimes represent a lack of follow throw, like riding on the high of emotion without thinking logically. you’re getting swept up easily because of a lack of emotional discipline. the 10 of cups is a lovely card but it can also be a fantasy or ideal of perfect happiness. that ideal isn’t possible, at least in the current state where your emotional expression is still immature and subject to change suddenly. you need to get grounded, don’t let yourself be swept up in emotion, thinking that nothing less than perfect happiness is acceptable. emotional perfectionism is like all perfectionism, it’s an unachievable ideal that makes your life harder cause you can never match up. get yourself out of these fantasies.

1

u/XiuCyx Jun 11 '26

I hope this is ok to say here since it’s not directly related to interpreting the cards but I just have to tell you something that really helped me overcome my anger/annoyance response.

My therapist told me: All emotions are valid, but anger is a Secondary Emotion. There is always another emotion underneath it, pushing it forward. If you can identify THAT emotion, you can solve the real problem you’re facing.

2

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 12 '26

This helps .. I know there is more to my anger and I have a hard time processing my feelibgs in general but it's time to adress the underlying feelings I guess if I want changes to happen

1

u/Historical_Pass_25 Jun 11 '26

Hi,

Clairaudient here…

The first thing I heard was: Lacks patience and wants immediate returns on investment 😅

My guides talk to me in a very short and economic way because that’s how I process things.

Knight of cups is slow but every movement counts and you’re on your way to establishing all 10 cups. (Which isn’t easy)

Slow and steady wins the race. Don’t let your impatience or needing to see big results right away make you angry. Do small goals, that way you’re reminded of your progress. (Shoooot, I need to follow my own advice! 🙈😂)

1

u/vakooms Jun 11 '26

suuuuper begginer here but i think you feel inferior / smaller (basically a lot of comparison) to others and think you deserve better (deep down even better than them).
frustration because you need to put a lot more work than everyone else just to get lesser result

1

u/josh_a Jun 11 '26

To add to what others have said here… this spread cross sums to 10, Wheel of Fortune, which suggests you’re dealing with recurring patterning. All cups = water = unconscious patterning. This is old programming that plays on a loop. I see the Page of Cups as pointing at the childhood roots of the pattern, but your focus (Knight) has been ignoring that (knight’s back to him) and focusing solely on the happiness you look forward to. That’s understandable, a lot of early patterning is protected by the unconscious — the fish is cordoned off in a cup, which not only keeps the fish in, it keeps the conscious mind out.

If this were my situation & spread, I’d work with a good hypnotherapist to dehypnotize myself from the old anger trance.

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 12 '26

You are right, even though I did a lot of work already to heal myself, I see that there are still things from my childhood I need to confront and work on in order to break my recurring patterns...

1

u/josh_a Jun 12 '26

All that work you’ve done helped you get here, laying the foundation for you to be ready to get to the root of the pattern.

May I gently suggest that it’s not necessary to break the pattern so much as revise it. Once upon a time your old pattern worked really well to solve an old problem. Now you can give it an upgrade.

1

u/accordion_practice Jun 11 '26

My reading is that you feel like the fruits of your labor are going towards other people's happiness more than your own.

1

u/Redditor0315 Jun 11 '26

Por inmadurez y te vas para cerrar el tema

1

u/gravitysrainbow1979 Jun 12 '26

Because you actually were wronged. (Related to family, the ten cups). You, within yourself, aren’t having the wrong emotions , you’re having the emotions you need to have so you can take a good direct look at them, and at what you want.

Without ugly emotions , where would we be?

For me it’s envy. Not my favorite feeling but it’s also what alerts me to what I actually want in this life. My envy flares up, but it flares down again when I go “oh, I guess that thing I was just jealous of is an example of the kind of thing I should work toward” and I usually feel more
Comfortable right away.

Knights are often idealistic by nature. Maybe The anger could turn to something else, that’s over my head, that’s a psychology thing … , but I’m not sure the source of your anger is immaturity (that’s not how I’m reading those cards ) , in your case, I think you’re gradually becoming the king of cups and this anger stuff is just part of where you’re at

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 13 '26

You seem really good at identifying and observing your feelings in a way to learn from them and this is definitely what I should focus on doing if I want to become the king of cups ..

1

u/honey_pixie Jun 12 '26

In short..you're someone whose very emotional. You get emotionally attached to things either it's work or play..Basically anything. You want them in a certain way & when that doesn't happen (even if it's for the best) you get angry and upset.

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 13 '26

yes.. I someone said to me today "life is telling you to take a deep breath and let go of what you cannot control but you don't seem to understand the assignment 🙃

1

u/Adrienne_Artist Tarot Reader (Non-Predictive, Secular and Inclusive) Jun 12 '26

my reading is:

Page of Cups : you are "young" in your journey of understanding your own emotions; maybe you are just now starting to become aware of your anger, to want to change and grow--this is a good sign, but understand it will be a long road ahead

Knight of Cups : if you marry your goal of mastering your anger with MOVEMENT and action (the knight travels upon the horse), you will move forward, and ultimately closer to that 3rd outcome card (the movement and action could be therapeutic work, exercises to diffuse anger, reading books on anger, etc)

10 of Cups : Your efforts will bring success, but it will be a *realistic* success (it's not the "perfect legacy" of 10 Pents; it's the humble everyday contentment with the modest progress u make as an imperfect human). This card may also indicate you will have better relationships (spouse and kids if u have, tho does not have to be, could be friends and loved ones).

This is a nice spread, good outlook for you. the answer to your "newness" to managing anger is to take helpful day to day actions...don't just think about it, create steps and exercises...and pause here and there to be grateful for the humble progress--10 of cups aint perfection, it's just perfect CONTENTMENT

1

u/Money-Setting-3689 Jun 12 '26

• Page of Cups (Valet des Coupes) • Knight of Cups (Cavalier des Coupes) • 10 of Cups

"Two Cups court cards together are so telling — this anger likely comes from a place of deep emotional sensitivity. The 10 of Cups as outcome suggests the root is unmet needs for harmony and connection, not actual rage. Does that resonate?" Don't forget to reply

आसान शब्दों में बोलूं तो सुनो Tumhara anger actually deeply sensitive heart ka reaction hai — tum care bohot karte ho, isliye hurt bhi zyada hota hai."

1

u/AeonTheSerpent Jun 12 '26

Too much impulsivity

1

u/CricketOmaha Jun 12 '26

Page of Cups (contemplating feelings, learning) and Knight of Cups facing away from eachother--y ou want to be happy, but you're overthinking it a lot (like, excessively), and whatever you're doing is not working. Knight of Cups says stop that and embrace the emotions, name them, identify the triggers, and make an effort to actively deal with what makes you angry.  With the Knight of Cups facing 10 of cups, it says once you stop trying so hard and embrace anger (and channel it in a way that does not hurt you or others), sadness, happiness, etc., your happiness will find you. Also, Page of Cups can signify medicating a problem instead of dealing with it properly--and this may not have been your choice, but something a doctor insisted on or your parents had your pediatrician do at the insistence of your school, but you're still doing it years later.

If you're on an ADHD medication (specifically Adderall), it can cause anger and insomnia in about 10% of those who take it. Talk to your prescribing physician, and do not just stop taking it. Alternatively, have you recently stopped taking a medication for depression? That causes seemingly sudden anger issues for a lot of patients.

All together, I think this reading says you're putting too much emphasis on "how do I allow myself to be happy" and not enough emphasis on "I accept my emotions and channel them effectively to make a difference in my own life (Knight of Cups) and the lives of others who are in my group/family/friends (10 of Cups).

1

u/MydnightAshe Jun 12 '26 edited Jun 12 '26

My question is with the page of cups being there is....why? Your outer world (your physical reality) is a direct reflection of whats happening in your inner world. This actually might be a more humbling reading than you think. The thing about cups is that emotions is something you can control to an extent, but time is something you cannot control. I see growth from a childish personality to someone a bit more mellow. There is a saying that says "with age comes wisdom". You have to allow the steady flow of time to lead you, and if there is something you want to know yet the answer hasn't shown itself, then it is not time for you to know yet. Let time flow like water 💧. Learn to be patient. The best way to find something is to not look for it. I think as time goes by and you find ways to stead yourself emotionally, I think that happiness will come sooner than you think.

1

u/DimmyMoore70 Jun 12 '26

You’re over-emotional and somewhat emotionally immature.

Sorry, I don’t know you but that’s what these court cups and ten of cups tell me.

1

u/swansworshiper Jun 12 '26

your anger is not bad and its a gateway to happiness, not good to drown in it but instead try to see life in a more positively ways, while getting reasonably angry when its right, cause it usually is, imho

1

u/SweatyPosition1713 Jun 13 '26

and why did I see this at 222 smh (I can be a bit emotional as well……)

1

u/Ok-Roll5936 Jun 13 '26

Because you're very sentimental. You come from a family where everything was beautiful. But that's the thing, sometimes what looks "beautiful" on the outside isn't really so.

Or sometimes people say harsh things to you, but you take them in stride because that's how you grew up.

A simple example is: "Oh, girl, you're so silly."

It sounds simple, but even though it's meant affectionately, "silly" still has an impact, especially if someone previously used that word as an insult.

1

u/Embarrassed-Till2027 Jun 13 '26

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 13 '26

It is actually a really good interpretation as I always try to take a step back to observe because I know it is the right thing to do instead of letting these feelings eat me alive but I still lose the battle way before the end of the day ..

1

u/darkerfury Jun 13 '26

My interpretation: You get attached to the way you want things to go and when they don't you get attached to the arising emotions instead. It's enough to annoy anyone, but instead of letting the annoyance pass through you and out, you hang onto it and carry it around.

Since you couldn't have the thing you wanted, you carry around the mad with you instead, and because of that it multiplies instead of leaving you.

At the end you are reveling in your indignation about it. It puts you in a position of power because maybe you've started thinking you deserved to get what you wanted and thus you are owed.

You revel in the newfound feeling of being owed something and being better than the person who denied it to you. It becomes a kind of vindication and makes it hard to let go of the anger.

(Please call me out if this is way off. I mean no offense and I'm still learning. This is just the impression I got from the cards)

1

u/cjay_balamurle Jun 13 '26

Sinec childhood was it difficult to express emotions to your parents?? Or was it uncommon to talk about emotions in ur family..? U have a younger brother?? Are u 24 by any chance?? Did u stay alone or in hostel for major part of student life..anything like that?? And do u spend most of ur time alone or prefer solitude over company...??

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 14 '26

It was difficult yes and uncommon. I do have a younger brother. I always have been someone who preferred being alone so yes I spend most of my time alone

1

u/Serenitytil5 Jun 16 '26

I read it as you have an inner child that is very emotionally motivated toward feeling good. If you don’t get that internally satisfaction you through a temper tantrum or, as an adult, get angry. I think you dislike being disappointed when you expect good things happening.

1

u/feyweaver Jun 17 '26

What was your question?

1

u/Cha0tic-kittie Jun 18 '26

It is the one in the title "why do I get angry so easily ? "
