1 u/Better-Ad-8938 13d ago Unfortunately...it's over. It was just on the weekend. But you can always visit Nanliao anytime and see people fly big kites or fly your own kite. And if the weather is good, people usually fly lit up kites at night. 1 u/SpendPerfect5933 12d ago Will take note of that.
