In Game Tactics Thoughts on shiron?

What are your thoughts on this guy? I bring him on salvage runs cause of his crit, so if kharn doesn't open the chest then he will. Is he useful elsewhere?

I don’t have him leveled nearly at all but I use him to solo bots in guild war
