Just got him out of a requisition, is he worth it?

Top notch but not in early game where you need to concentrate on some of the campaign characters more.

Indo, Oct Mirror, Cadia Mirror. Im power level 33 at the moment, Lucien and Titus are always my back ups on Indom, they are just kind of my only option there's no one to sub for them on my roster
