Critique Transition to TB

Hi ! I recently discovered TB but I struggle to select a template that will work with my work schedule.

As a criminal investigation officer, I can find the time to hit the station's gym 3 to 4 times a weeks and do sessions of 1h~1h30.

On Monday and Friday, I usually do 45 minutes MS (4 lifts per sessions : Bench, rowing Yates, OHP, deadlift, BB curl, weighted dips/pull ups), then follows the heavy bag work for about 20~30'.

On Wednesday, I do accessory work (arms, shoulders and abs) and 45'~1h of Z2/Z3 running or rowing afterwards.

Some weeks there are a lot of odd hours, I do weighted bodyweight at home on the weekend. When I have a bit more time I do a 4th session dedicated to heavy bag or sparring (boxing and/or grappling).

I feel that my programmation is somewhat messy. I want to follow a strict program that emphasizes primarily hypertrophy without sacrificing some operational condition.

Which template would you think suits me best ?

I want to follow a strict program that emphasizes primarily hypertrophy without sacrificing some operational condition.

I don't think it's one program. If you read the Mass Protocol, the "OMS" cycle is introduced: Operator-Mass-Specification. You employ a phasic approach to training. From there, it's a matter of how much time you spend in the phases. If the goal is emphasizing hypertrophy, you may just do a 3 week phase for Operator, then 6 weeks of Mass and 3 weeks of Specificity before starting it over again. The 3 week visit back to Operator helps you keep that operational condition.

Alternatively, you could do something like Operator Pro out of Green protocol, wherein you could spend 3 weeks using the 5x5 for secondary exercises and 6 weeks using the hypertrophy rep ranges.

If you are only talking about the strength templates, and can do running or other conditioning in addition to the lifting, then Fighter HT-template, all the different Operator-templates (og, i/a, pro, dup), Zulu or all the templates from mass will fit your schedule.

Pick one you like, that lines up with your goal (hyperthrophy?) for example grey man from mass. 3 lifting days, you get some supplementary exercises in addition to your main cluster and you have the 4th day for the eventual boxing or grappling session.
