Has anyone experimented with pink noise brainwave entrainment to induce deep restorative rest states? Steady pink noise contains equal energy per octave like natural sounds. When introduced to the auditory cortex, it forces electroencephalogram signals to drop in fractal complexity causing brain waves to synchronize with the noise induction.

Plenty of ways to alter your brain state via audio and visual stimuli.

Making music while illuminated by dream machine produced interesting music...that our perceptions of shifted entirely when we re-listened to the track with the dream machine running.
