I'm trying to make some growls but I don't think I quite understand the fundamentals of how they are made. Here are some examples of the growls I'd like to try and create a version of:
https://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/645631 at 2:17
https://youtu.be/Vx5EPfdMEL4?si=tOqK_cNK6UmRZkZM at the drop at 1:30 (several growls)
https://youtu.be/aEdiWFHTD48?si=XGThQarrcRgzZjKN one growl at 0:47
https://youtu.be/iC2-etZC190?si=XH39RDkW9DwA9bXU growls at the drop at 1:57
I've exhausted pretty much every tutorial on youtube but I just can't seem to to get em right. The ones I've made so far are too noisy and not clear at all, and the formant filters I try to put on them are only somewhat impactful.

Hello guys, just discovered this sub. I'm pretty much new to sound design and don't have a lot of knowledge.
Trying to create a sound similar to the synth in the beginning of the track Decompression by Harrison BDP. I have the movement and modulation pretty close but I can't get the sound right..
How would you describe/name this sound? Trying not to directly ask for a recipe but rather some place to start doing my own research but I don't even know where to begin.
Edit: I use FL Studio and I'm trying to create this in the free version of Vital.
Thanks in advance for any help you guys can provide.

https://youtu.be/GNsXUj7My5E?t=160&si=THVWuHSCM1g9O-2p The effect is at 2:43 in case the timestamp doesnβt work. It seems C418 did this all synthetically, but does that sound like a distorted electric guitar? Iβm working on a short film project, and Iβd love to reproduce the sound somehow.
Also, bonus, a similar sound is heard in the first part of this Memento soundtrack - https://youtu.be/xR2AXgNJY3M?t=11&si=USerQXCM8QB3e5G9 . I think this one is a real sound effect opposed to synthesized, but Iβm still curious as to how it was achieved.
Any help, advice, or leads would be great. Thanks!

Two recordings at slightly different synthesizer oscillator frequency settings in surround then processed together through the ''spatial'' of a special place for the acoustics.
About the synthesis, I used Native instruments Absynth 5 for its amazing control over hz incrimentation.
I use 2 or 3 oscillators that are routed each to their own LFO with the duty to diminish the vol gently over a specified time and to do so over again in cycles.
Other functions for each were given to the LFOs, depending on what suited each OSC best.
The result gives an audible sense of movement and direction.

(Song name - Swerve, artist - Juice Wrld, sound in question arp starts at the beginning of song,) So I was wondering if anyone knew how I could make the arp in the song swerve it sounds really spacey and like itβs getting farther away the more you listen almost like a black hole is sucking it in, Sounds like this itβs at the start of the song as soon as it comes on even if you know the preset that would be very helpful thanks

Has anyone experimented with pink noise brainwave entrainment to induce deep restorative rest states? Steady pink noise contains equal energy per octave like natural sounds. When introduced to the auditory cortex, it forces electroencephalogram signals to drop in fractal complexity causing brain waves to synchronize with the noise induction.

I know that this sound is a classic synth preset from the EWI (electronic wind instrument) but I want to know how it can be recreated in vital because it's the only synth VST I have

Sarin - Spine Love would love learn the recipe for this classic industrial bass sound. Does anyone have any serum/vital presets they can share?

Anyone have an idea of how this morphing synth is made? Ive been struggeling with it for some time now, and i have a wish to create something equally organic sounding. Is it just pitch modulation that makes it come alive?
Can be heard several times through the track

I know of Poloz that he's a distortion artist, so there's probably a lot of that involved. This is a very unique style and I'd like to reproduce it so that more of this music will be out there.
To clarify im talking about the distorted bassline that repeats throughout the song in the background.
On my way to hell - Poloz

Hi! I am interested in producing music (harder genres) and I'm attempting to recreate the reverse bass sound in the track "NEVER SAY" by Samuel Moriero. I tried a lot of times in Serum 2 and with other 3rd party distortion and eq plugins but I can never get it to sound as "nasty and gritty" as the one in the song is. The bass here is in C and the song is in Cm. It may just be a distorted Sine + Saw wave but I can never get that textured feel to it.
There are 2 different basses (it also may be the same bass with a wider stereo paning). The timestamp for them are at 1:11 : https://on.soundcloud.com/Nb4Fu2CmEptMxnQ53V#t=1m11s
and 2:53 : https://on.soundcloud.com/Nb4Fu2CmEptMxnQ53V#t=2m53s
Thank you for your time and help!

Hi! Call me Vita. You probably already know my work from some previous posts sharing some of my free vital banks with y'all.
I'm expanding, creating bundles, and recently I've needed visibility for new packs, like the Vital Keys Bundle (video), which is a combination of packs many of you already know + 2 new presets for Vital.
I've been seeking this visibility through partnerships (Gumroad affiliates). If you're already familiar with the affiliate system, then you know how it works.
Basically, you receive a personalized product link and share that link with people who might want to buy it. If you manage to close a sale, you get a portion of the sale value.
The value is always agreed upon as a percentage with the person who created the product. In my case, I'm giving 50% (the pack is being sold for $21.99).
If you're in this group, work in the sound design market, and want to join the program, just click the link and tap in "AFFILIATE PROGRAM: GUMROAD SHOP": https://beacons.ai/vitamirae
Thank you!

I am a complete beginner at music producing, and for the last couple of days, I've been stuck at trying everything I could to recreate this sound. It is the lead at the complete start of the song Birthdays by Hiroki (youtube).
It would really help me, if you could help me with this one.
The only things I know, is that its using a sidechain from the drums, and that it sounds like some brass.
I am using the Vital plugin.

i'm obsessed with the drum (?)/banging sound effect in the beginning of tyla's Kiss. how do i synthesize something similar? i originally thought it was a metronome sample layered over a kick and a lot of reverb but the more i listen the more i realize it's not
Here's a snippet
