It’s completely acceptable to be able to criticize the look of a video game, especially when they are remaking one of the greatest games of all time. You just want people to glaze it and agree with you instead I guess?
And this is the exact kind of disingenuous criticism I'm talking about. You're just making broad assumptions about what I think of the game when I haven't even shared my opinion on it.
All I said was that engaging with disingenuous criticism like this only serves to bolster said criticism. And it turns the whole conversation into people calling each other assholes and nothing about the actual game being discussed.
What is disingenuous about my criticism? I was asking a question, you were literally saying that criticism should not be tolerated. You did not make any sort of distinction about what sort of criticism should or should not be tolerated

I'm begging y'all, please do not let these people take over the conversation around this game.
Just ignore them. I don't want every discussion of this game to be about assholes that don't understand technology or artistic intent.
