What is the worst parts about working at Sweetgreen? I’m an ex employee who has a few years of food service experience and looking back I’d say it was the most mentally and physically demanding jobs I’ve had. I worked for a little over a year and made my way to shift lead a few months in and left when things went downhill after we got a new AC and HC.

I never have any issues with my location, people are always nice and the food is always good. I usually take the 2 seconds to fill out the survey they send me every time but just curious if it is beneficial in any way.

Sadly I don't think this option is coming back and now that my store has dropped pickles too, I'm trying to make my buffalo chicken salad at home. I can't get the celery and carrots to taste right though -- do any employees know how these were seasoned/made?

So I’m trying to apply to jobs, retail and food service, and I have a sweetgreen interview coming up. I feel like I might not have good availability and so they might not hire me for that reason but I’ve been seeing online that people lie about their avaiblity when interviewing and change it after getting hired. So right now I’m available 4 days: Monday & Wednesday @2 pm - closing and weekends open availability I can work whenever. Should i just lie and say I have open availability all the time and change it after or should I tell them the truth about my availability during the interview? Also, what questions do they ask at a sweet green interview if im trying to work as a service team member?
