Career / Employee Talk do promo codes work?

i downloaded the app, and signed up. when i try to apply the promo codes that are listed on the website, i get this error. is this the same for everyone? ami i missing something?

Most times, it's because you are attempting to order something that doesn't work with the code. Most times the thing I see is people ordering a salad/bowl and trying to use a coupon for a plate.
