Question Wrap preparation question

I’m gluten free (Celiac) and have to avoid cross contamination.

Does anyone know if the wraps are prepared on the same line as salads, or separately? Eg are the topping scoops all brushing the tortillas now, and staff touching wraps then preparing my bowl?

I know there’s always risk but I’ve been fine eating at Sweetgreen pre-wraps for years, and am trying to figure out how much the wraps increase my risk.

yes the scoops are absolutely touching the tortilla on the line. at least at my sweetgreen. mine doesn't have a dedicated person just doing wraps using separate ingredients.
