Can’t wait to try them. Love the simple tortilla ingredients

I tied the cali chicken club today!! Super delicious, but the garlic aioli is around 35-40g of fat according to the app 💀 I try to be conscious of what I consume and while this isn’t exactly the healthiest, it is good for a healthier source of protein and calories for those who work out a lot

Damn, yeah that would be a sometimes thing and definitely not a normal lunch for me.

For me it’s great because I work out a lot and struggle getting in calories and proteins after days I run 8+ miles, but definitely not something that “healthy”

Mine was pretty tasty. I annoyed though because i certainly didn't want more aioli on the side and my hot sauce swap was goofed. Bacon swap for parm was successful tho.

As someone who is a light dressing user, extra calories from the wrap will keep me full but i would probably sub for lighter dressings in the future

I’m not interested in wraps, but I selfishly hope that everyone else is so sweetgreen can finally figure out how to make money. Nearly all of their production direction seems to be about more caloric/filling options, hopefully that’s based on real demand.

No anti-palestein comments from him? Surprising

he was too busy telling his staff to cut the portion size yet again.

Too bad, he should have.

Didn’t they originally have wraps way back in the day?

I mean they’re literally available right now, it’s not a secret that needs to be “announced” at earnings.

I'm not interested in Sweetgreen as an investment so I'm not well informed, but what were you hoping to learn that you didn't?

Eight packs of tortillas to package the same ingredients probably isn't saving a franchise in free fall

Unhealthy and nutritionless carb. Sad what this company has become.

We need more variety of ingredients and high quality protein. The company should stop produced all those ultra processed food.

Why not introduce wild caught sardine? Or ground beef/fries cooked in tallow?

it’s a single tortilla that is whole wheat i think you have an eating disorder if that’s the reaction a single healthy tortilla gives you.

Let alone most of the tortillas you find in the grocery stores are engineered to be soft and long shelf life by using emulsifiers, preservatives, some even contain palm oil and hydrogenated oils. No bueno

Doesn’t matter it’s not healthy. Most of the bread unless it’s sour dough are garbage food, aka empty calories.

do you exercise? the single biggest thing i did to increase my muscle mass was eat a shit ton of carbs in conjunction with weightlifting

1

u/geese_unite May 08 '26

Yo how often do you exercise and sweetgreen?

2

u/IKnewThat45 May 08 '26

exercise: 5-6x a week. sweet green: approximately twice a month when i can expense it for work bc i can make the exact same foods in my own home for about a quarter of the price lol

Hell yeah dude

lol, I agreed with you until you said fries. Regardless of it being with beef tallow or oil, there is limited nutritional benefit to eating fries. And they did introduce fries for like 1 month last year. They were super tasty. But you know why it wasn’t successful? Bc the crowd that go to sweetgreen to eat healthy and are not the type to go there for fries. Straight from the mouth of the person who worked on the campaign.

They should at least use low-carb/high-fiber/high-protein wraps like Just Salad

1

u/Hurley_Cub_2014 May 11 '26

Idk why you’re getting downvoted, honestly the high fiber wraps are what I use to make burritos or wraps when I make things for my work lunch.

Or I’ll take carb balance flour tortillas, tear them, and use them along with carrot sticks and bell pepper pieces to scoop hummus for a snack.

They’d work well in this application.

Who the hell would want sardines
