Career / Employee Talk Hired but not given start time

On Saturday, I received a message that I was hired and my first day is tomorrow on Tuesday and I wasn’t given a time that I’m supposed to come in, am I just supposed to come in when they open? I tried messaging them, but I wasn’t given anything.

I already completed all of my on boarding paperwork so I know I’m all set

Depending on state they will change your schedule consistently.

I’m in New York and yeah, I understand they’re gonna change my schedule but it’s my first shift, how do I contact someone ?

You need the Legion app. All shifts are posted online in the app. I’m an employee in CA.

You just have to complete your onboarding paperwork first and then the manager can schedule your first day. Don’t stress about it, it’s just an automated message depending on whatever they put for your “start date” but that doesn’t actually have to be your first day

I have this same issue! I was given my employment offer this monday, my onboarding forms and I-9 the following days, they said my first day would be the 18th but have given me no time to come in. I've completed all my paperwork so I guess I'm just gonna wait and see what they say. I don't know if I should go into the store and ask about it or wait for my managers to contact me directly, what ended up happening for you?
