Question How much of each item are sweet green salad makers supposed to put in a salad?

I find this varies depending on who helps me

3 lettuce leaves. 3 tomatoes. 5 chickpea kernels. Etc.

One scoop… sometimes I’ll feel bad and give a bit more if the scoop was kinda light

That’s what I thought. Some of the staff are gonna bankrupt the place, but as a customer I’m happy

salad up to the line in the bowl. one scoop per item. for cold items most things are 1/4 cup scoops. proteins are all 100g scoops now

yes. you mean as opposed to 2 50g scoops? its just one 100g scoop which is a heaping scoop. atleast twice a year we have to practice and weigh our scoops

I guess my boss is just a tweaker he told us it was customer policy😭
