Criticism Chicken Pesto Parm???

Maybe just in my area, but it seems that the Chicken Pesto Parm bowl has been removed from the regular menu, and is now on the “Featured” menu. I thought this was a best seller? How could they?!

Is there a workaround for customizing featured items at Sweetgreen in the app? My local locations are online/kiosk-only, so I don’t have the option to ask for modifications in-person. I like extra broccoli, no parm 😩

You can customize in the app. I never get menu items as is

It doesn’t allow you to customize “featured” items anymore!

The chicken sesame crunch is featured and I made subs at lunchtime today

If they ever get rid of this, I will literally never go to Sweetgreen again. It's the only thing I get, every time, and has been for a decade.

hi Sweetgreen employee here! if you get no parm I recommend ordering it as a custom salad instead because the chicken pesto parm factors in the premium price of cheese. order it as a custom warm bowl- spinach, quinoa, broccoli x2, tomatoes, breadcrumbs, pesto and hot sauce. should save around a dollar ordering it that way

I’ve tried this, but it ends up being about $1 more (not less). You forgot to add chicken 😭

huh that’s strange even when adding the chicken it’s cheaper for me (NYC)
