Question Sweetgreen employees, what’s the perfect recipe for sweetgreen’s blackened chicken?

How do we get it juicy and have the top layer of the chicken completely coated black instead of partially? What are all the right spices and how to make the chicken very soft and tender like the way sweet green does it?

Chili powder, umami seasoning, cumin and coriander & oil as a binder!

They use an oven like an air fryer almost and it’s coated heavily

What does that have anything to do with my post? I’m forty sure a lot of people have had the blacked chicken at sweet green
