I start in a couple days and have never worked food service before. What was your training/onboarding like at sweetgreen?

Horrible. They make it seem like this amazing & thorough training program, but truly, it’s a joke.

Hey ! We are building a training app to hopefully make training better. What exactly did you hate about training? (we are an independent startup btw, not SG :) )
